Topping-Up

There are various safe, simple and convenient ways to load funds on to your Range prepaid MasterCard®.

Payzone

All you need to do is visit one of the 30,000 retail outlets throughout the UK that are affiliated Payzone agents and present them with your Range Card and the cash you wish to load onto your card. The cashier will then swipe your card to load the funds and hand you a receipt as proof that you have topped-up.

Online

It is also possible to do an online
transfer of money from you debit or
credit card to your Range
Card. All you need to
do is register your
debit or credit
card, then transfer
money using the online-account
management facility.

SMS text message

A great benefit of the Range Card is that
you can transfer money onto your card by simply sending a text message. Ideal for when you need money in a hurry while travelling or on holiday. All you need to do is register your debit or credit card to your account and then text:

"LOAD <Last four digits of your card number ><Amount>" to +44 (0)77 9780 5211

Example: LOAD 1234 5000

Note that the amount is expressed in the currency of your Range Card. So in the example above £50.00 was loaded on your card.

Get topped-up from another Range Card

Should you need cash in a flash, money can be moved from another Range Card to your Range Card by going online or simply sending a text message. If you’re a student planning to go travelling, your parents can move money from their Range Card to your card by making use of their online management facility or by sending a text message. Alternatively parents with a Range Card can control the money that their family members spend away at university and still shift money to them should they need money for an emergency.

Receive salary/wages

Another great way to Top-up your Range Prepaid MasterCard® Card

Why not ensure a regular Top-up of your card and ask your employer to pay your salary/wage directly onto your card.

Simply download and complete a salary/wage form and hand it to your employer.

From then on your wages will be paid directly to your card and you can use it to manage your spending

Please note the maximum transfer that can be made from your employer is £2500.

The minimum single top-up amount is £10 and the maximum is £1250. You can to-up to £2500 per day and hold a maximum balance on your card at any one time of £3000.
